Do these look like cavities?

Awful picture so not too hopeful for an answer, but my 4yo son has what looks like a big crater on the back of both his molars and I can't get a dentist appointment for love nor money. Having a really stressful week and this is causing me a lot of anxiety. Any dentists here?

I don't know what cavities look like but those look like chipped teeth to me.

Yeah I have no idea they just look like big round craters
