To worry about lip changing colour

I've already posted once today about Ds (4) not being very well. He's had a very high temp on and off throughout the day and hasn't eaten since yesterday. He's had about 2 sips of squash today. We have got a phone appt with the Gp at 6 but in the meantime I'm just worried that his top lip has changed from red to a very very pale pink/almost white. Does anyone know what would cause this?

I think you need to get him seen right away. I wouldn't wait until 6pm OP

Take him to the doctor
