Is it normal not to be spoon feed?

I've started a new job and nothing is being spoon feed - and it's a bit hard.

Got a 121 and feeling a bit nervous.

It's at a coffee shop, is that normal? It's a five min walk from the office.

Do you mean they aren't giving you any training for a job?

Or is this about bison? Or Marks and Spencer's.

At work. Not sure what training there is

What sort of job is it? Is it one you applied for as being fully qualified for or experienced in? They might assume you know what you are doing I suppose but should at least show you around, give you access to company policies, staff handbook or whatever. Have you asked anyone to show you how they want things to be done? Good luck with the 121.

I’ve no clue what the Bison or M&S link with being spoon fed is that PP mentioned…off to Google.
