Wondering if this is a thing? I feel like it's harder to deal with mine if I'm tired or have something upsetting happening, so they become bigger.

I figure if you're already a bit on edge then logically it takes less to tip you over.

Absolutely!

It's overstimulation. Too much input tips me over to the stage I want to rip my own skin off. Today I could only eat chocolate or plain pasta as all other food was too much because of everything else going on. Fucking awful day at work- sounds like you've had a tough day too?
