AIBU to feel concerned that my 9 year old daughter is being kissed on the cheek by her crush at school???
A bit on context is that my daughter is quite emotionally fragile and there is no doubt that this crush obsession stems from low self esteem. She thinks it will make her more popular to be liked by a boy.
The actual kiss itself is a bit gross to me too.
We do lots of kisses at home, kisses for giggles with mates isn’t my issue… it’s definitely the “we have a crush and are spending out breaks hiding and cheek kissing” whilst other kids encourage and watch them like it was a dogging session.
Also, I’m wondering where the bloody hell the teachers are???
