Do I leave food/snacks out for her?

Never left dd, 4 with a babysitter before, but will need help a few mornings a week in the Easter holidays, whilst I go to would like to start going out again a couple of times a month with Dh.
Have found a lovely babysitter Dd loves…daughter of a friend around the corner.
When I leave Dd, I’ll leave out fruit, shacks and a drink and most likely her lunch for when I do mornings, in case she’s hungry for it early. Would you leave things out for the babysitter too? The longest she’ll be there is 3.5 hours.
I used to nanny myself when younger and remember some parents leaving out food, drinks, choc…wine..won’t be doing that 😂others saying to just help yourself and others offering nothing so I’d bring all my own food and water for the day.
We’re not a snacky type of family, so I don’t have crisps, biscuits etc in the house, so if I said for her to help herself, I’m not sure what she’d get 🤷🏻‍♀️It may be better to buy snacks and drinks for them both for the days she’s there? Would you need to eat between 9.30-12.30 in the morn?
What do you do?

“Help yourself to the fruit bowl, or there’s bread in the bread bin and cheese in the fridge if you want to make a sandwich.”

As above, plus make sure there's tea, coffee and milk available for her!

I’d need coffee and water and would like to know which cups I may use and where to find eg instant coffee and how to use their coffee machine.

I would be happy with biscuits. It's only a few hours and she would be happy with that I am sure.

I would, or say she can have X or Y from the fridge or cupboards.
