There’s nothing about me

I’m 26 and I’m in a bit of a rut. I’m currently in the process of starting my own business which is exciting but I feel my life revolves around work. I really want a hobby and have tried so many things but nothings really been fun enough to stick with.

I tried yoga with a friend but the monthly fee was so expensive.
I tried football once a week but I was awful at it, it wasn’t very sociable and plus I hate the cold so avoided it when I could!
I could join the gym but again it’s not sociable.

My boyfriend plays a summer sport, he also joined a casual darts league with his friends and occasionally a pool league. He dabbles in 5 a side football with friends.
I’m jealous of him and also wish I could try things like that - but these things aren’t really available to girls. None of my friends really do anything like this that I can tag along to.

It just makes me feel really boring, that I have no personality and I really want something for myself but I have no idea what.

I just feel a bit stuck on what to try :(

Something that adapts well to changing seasons like a book club perhaps - sunny gardens with cocktails in the summer and cozy indoor with hot chocolate during winter.

I think it's important to recognise that you should do something with a simple expectation that it will be fun/relaxing/enjoyable without putting any pressure on yourself.

I've recently got into decoupage after seeing some great videos on YouTube. I've joined a FB group which is really supportive - got some great hints/tips from fellow enthusiasts. It's also great to see their finished projects.

I just finished my first project (decorating a wooden box for my niece's Easter gift) and I've really proud of it.

An indoor sport? Netball perhaps? Or tennis? Or badminton?
