Having my garden done, not quoted especially cheap ! I look at todays effort … it’s not even is it !!

Bad patio

Hmm, I’m not sure if it is uneven or not. However, it’s not finished yet as it needs grouting and cleaning off.

Two years ago I paid over £2,500 for about 1/2 of my very large patio area to be relaid as the slabs became uneven and wobbly over time and all the grout removed. It was then jet washed, resin grout added and a shiny protective coating put on. I don’t know what you have paid but I was shocked at how expensive the work was - I think I paid over £7,000 for the initial work.

Are you able to have a chat with them tomorrow to ask about the finishing and maybe point out the issues?

It looks uneven to me, like there is a very slight dip.

It looks uneven, but mention it to them as when we got ours done there were parts that they went over at the end and shaved some of the flags to make it look even where they had odd shaped spaces to work with. To be honest this does just look uneven though!
