Dishwasher Dilemma?

Please could you all advise and help me decide on a new slimline freestanding white dishwasher?
My AEG one has is less than 4 years old and has recently failed. Fortunately, it was covered by a 5 year extended warranty with Currys. They can't fix it so (very long story short!) I have now received a voucher from them towards a new machine.
I've had 3 dishwashers over the last 20 years, the first a Bosch Classic lasted 9 years, the second a Bosch Excell lasted about 7 years and lastly this AEG just under 4 years. I would have bought Bosch last time but the model I liked was out of stock, so I chose the AEG, hoping it would be a good brand that would last.
I'm tempted to go for Bosch again but when I went to my local Currys branch earlier their choice was disappointing, only 2 freestanding slim models to look at.

They had the Bosch Series 2 SPS21KW04G @ £399
Or the Hotpoint HSF03T223 W Uk @ £379.
Looking online they also have another Bosch Series 4 SPS4HMW53G, quite a bit more @ £579.

Please could any of you tell me what experience you have of any of these models, or whether you'd recommend any others - hopefully with a decent lifespan? Unfortunately, due to the voucher, I'm obliged to go with Currys, otherwise I'd purchase elsewhere.
I appreciate your help.

TIA

Do you have a Buywise store near you, if they dont have an item in the shop they will source and price match anything you have found online, my local store is very accommodating

sorry - just seen the voucher info ive got a BOSCH the best so far but not slimline, are you in a terribly hard water area, thats what kills most appliances

We're on the south coast, so unfortunately we do have hard water.

I really rate Beko. We've used them for most of our white goods over the years due to good value for money ratings.

Bosch for me. Had two and lasted ten years each being used daily. First one was a higher spec and the one I've got now lower spec but both great but neither slimline.

Bosch here.
I don't think dishwashers need any whistles and bells, just need to accommodate your biggest plates/pans.

The Bosch one has a red light above the settings so when you press the button to move it along the light is above whichever you choose. It also isn't solids and flares out at each side and pisses me off every day bc I can't see at ease where the fuck it's set. Sorry but it's a huge annoyance.

It's a great actual dishwasher though.
