To ask why is pregnancy like this?

4 months pregnant and had stomach ache all day ... just why?? I've not enjoyed today at all - felt awful. Hope other people enjoyed their day

Is it pregnancy related - round ligament pain? Or could it be a normal stomach bug?

All pregnancies have different symptoms, some annoying, some debilitating. It’s okay not to relish every moment, it’s a means to an end.

I’m sorry, it’s hell. I have my DD next to me and it’s worth it, but fuck me is it just utter fucking shit when you’re going through it. Happy Mothers’ Day. This will pass.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. Pregnancy for me was always miserable unfortunately. Absolutely nothing you can do about it

I spent 4 years trying for a baby and then pregnancy was awful - pain, vomiting etc I kept telling myself it was worth it but somedays it really didn't seem like it. I felt I couldn't complain because it had been what I'd wanted for so long.
I now have 3 teenagers and I can tell you it's worth it!
I think my biggest mistake was telling myself it wasn't an illness it was just pregnancy and ploughed on much to my detriment. So look after yourself, rest if you need to and don't feel guilty. It will end.

I hated being pregnant. Even the not so bad days of my pregnancy I still felt rubbish.

I can honestly say that apart from a couple of weeks in the middle I didn't enjoy either of my pregnancies. I was constantly sick, uncomfortable, in pain and unable to sleep well. The second time around I'd say the giving birth part was actually easier than the growing the baby part 🤣 Having said that... My two kids are 100% worth it. I'd cling onto that OP, your bubba will be worth all of this. And you may even be mad enough to overlook it all and go through it all again in the future! In all seriousness though I hope you feel better soon. Itcan definitely feel a bit of a slog at times, but you're going through it for the best of reasons x
