I just went to a friend's house, I caught a bus. The bus stop is on one side of a park, my friend's house is on the other. There's an alleyway from the bus stop into the park and then a path through the park itself.
I walked into the alleyway and a guy had a dog on a lead. (It had just just dumped on the path). It's one of those black square faced ones you see on shortbread tins. It barked really loudly and sharply at me which made me start and I shouted "Christ!" and jumped back. The guy gave me a filthy look.
I saw another dog on a lead further up, absolutely fine.
Why do some dog owners have a sense of entitlement on behalf of their dogs?
