AIBU to think there’s no cure for sinus relief?

I’m 34. I’ve had it all my life. I’ve never had a decent sleep due to it.

Nothing helps. I’ve tried everything. Sprays, steam, neti pot, medicine, acupuncture, herbal stuff.

UPDATE: I went to GP last week and asked him what to do regarding sinus issues. He looked at my previous record and said he can’t make a referral to ENT as he tried to make one before for a different patient and they refused it.

So he prescribed me Doxycycline antibiotics and Fluticasone Nasal Spray. He said if I want ENT appointment then best bet would be to go private. Otherwise try these medications and come again to try different medications.

But he basically said he can’t put me for ENT referral.

You aren’t the other patient.

That’s true. I think I will wait a couple of weeks and then book another appointment and see if I can ask for referral. Thanks 😊
