Name changed for this.
Back story - split from DDs (7) dad around 4 years ago. Some DV, police & court involvement. Been a rocky road but settled into her going to him every other weekend.
DD been having some ongoing behaviour issues. Problems with boundaries, likes to be in control, anger, unhealthy attachment to me. Seen counsellors, had TIS. All say she needs more contact with dad. He's refused. Has things to do apparently.
He's tested positive for Covid this week and now, so has his wife. DD due to go this weekend. He's suggested that she still goes even if they are still positive. AIBU to have said NO?! Neither she or I have had Covid as yet so why would I knowingly expose us both? My mum has COPD and we see her regularly.
I know that I could be coming into contact with Covid positive people on the school run or the supermarket but it just seems a bit weird to send her when I know they are positive.
