My 4 year old just had a sickness bug over the weekend and he’s now over it. He’s been eating fine, had his appetite back on Sunday (was sick Saturday night).
But today he’s been gagging at the mere mention of food. He wouldn’t eat his dinner and when offered a breadstick he started retching! He hasn’t actually been sick again and his stool is solid. So his tummy isn’t upset anymore. I don’t really understand it. He’s been eating fine since Sunday morning really.
