Junior doctors, minimum £20 ph for basic hours, overtime at £30. After 5 years of study, and more in front of them, they certainly deserve to earn much more than baristas.

this advert is for a junior doctor grade, the uk equivalent for full time SHO is about 35k for the equivalent of a 37.5 hour week, and about 48k for a 48 hour week including night shift and weekends.

And if you are fed up with medicine any of the big have special one year schemes for ex doctors, twice the pay and less hours.
