Will the strikes this week affect childbirth care?

Asking as I’m booked in for an induction on Friday, I know the strikes will be over by then but wondering if it will be chaos! Wondering if anyone in the know could advise please..

consultants will try to cover the rota & midwives aren't on strike.

the planned section lists might be affected so there may be some knock on delays to IOL.
