To be about to turn violent to the man beside me?

I am in the library which is supposed to be a quiet place. I don't mind children running around as that is what they do. There are signs all around the computer area asking people to be quiet but the man sat beside me is driving me nuts and i'm trying to concentrate!

He is rustling paper really loudly, putting it into a folder and grunting and huffing and puffing all of the time. If I was doing paperwork, sure I would come to the library but gosh I would do it quietly with consideration to others!

Haaaa haaaa haaaa, you almost made me laugh out loud til I remembered where I was! I'll make the fart a stinker, then he'll be sorry he tried to ruin my quiet time!

Every now and again, i use the library internet services and most mornings a bloke comes in and always seems to sit by me.
Its happened 3 times in the last week or so.
But what bothers me is that he stinks!, he has what can only be described as "wild hillbilly" haircut and he wears a dirty manky sheepskin coat.
Once you get used to the smell its OK, but then he spends all his time with his nose 1 inch away from the screen and keeps grunting every now and again.
Could just be a homeless person, passing the time but i'm going to find a terminal by itself next time, as he seems to live in the library.
