I'm getting really fed up of deliveries not arriving or just being left on the doorstep in a busy city centre. They don't ring the bell even though I'm in. They leave feedback that they've left the parcel in my safe place ... the porch. I don't have a porch!
Anyway, my AIBU is this ...
Do you think companies should now be advertising who their delivery companies are?
The seem to forget that I pay for the delivery and not the retailer!
I ask because I sometimes see the same item with different retailers. If I know they use EVRI then I would avoid that retailer and buy from someone else.
I rarely use ASOS now as Evri has messed up so many orders!
Surely we have a right to know who we are paying to deliver our items?!
