To be annoyed at this?

Two weeks ago I bought a jacket from vinted and paid £20
It claimed it was new without tags from Zara (originally £45)
I loved it last year but it sold out before I bought it.
Anyway collected it from parcel shop and it was literally in a Lidl carrier bag with the tinniest bit of sellotape on (thought okay not great packaging but I've got a bargain )
Open it it's worn with 3 stains on.
One looks like grease and the buttons of the jacket are also coming away.
Message the seller who apologises saying "oh sorry I don't realise "
I ask to return and she says yes and I send it back next day (8 days ago )
It arrives back in her parcel shop where it has sat for 8 days and she hasn't bothered to collect it so I get my refund.
After she collects it she then has a further 48 hours to refund me if everything is okay.
Aibu to be annoyed? She's sent me a scruffy jacket and I had to pay for postage to receive it...and she can't even be arsed to collect it to refund me.
Looking at her feedback and in the last week she has sent and received orders so is clearly not collecting on purpose

You aren't being unreasonable at all but I don't know what you expected really. You'll just have to keep contacting her and then ask for help if she doesn't give you the refund. Leaving a review won't hurt either.

This is what vinted is like, nothing is quick. It's shit, but it's vinted and seems acceptable on there. I wouldn't do it, but I would accept it if it happened to me because I know how slow the whole process and deadlines are.
