Blood after every BM

Posting for traffic.
NC as embarrassing but long time user. I have had piles for several years, since my first pregnancy. They don't cause me pain or discomfort so for the most part I try to ignore them. They used to bleed on occasion and about 3 years ago I had a colonoscopy to rule anything else out. All clear.
I'm at the stage now though where I have bright red bleeding after ever BM even if it's not a particularly difficult movement (straining etc).
It's not loads but it is noticeable. Is this normal for someone with piles? Is there anything I can use to reduce the bleeding? Sometimes it takes a little while to stop and can leak into my underwear slightly.
I don't want to keep going back to the GP with this. It's embarrassing and unpleasant and ultimately other than surgery there's not much they do. I don't want to go down that route when there isn't pain but I'm just wondering if anyone with similar symptoms has advice for managing and reducing the bleeding.

I have this at the moment although with lots of pain. It actually got blood on the bed this morning, it just seems to be seeping out of me rather than just after going to the loo

Very frustrating. I dont know whether to just let it take its course as Im sure once its healed up, it wont continue to bleed.

I had similar, are they external? Mine didn't hurt often but I never felt clean so the doc removed as much as he could without my arse closing up 🙈

Best thing I done, can't believe I lived with it for over a decade.

I have the same at the moment. I thought it was a menopause thing for some reason.

Thats interesting, Im peri menopause. But I have had constipation so I put it down to me causing it rather than it being spontaneous as it were.
