Posh justice! Is it a thing

Sorry but a 12 month ban! Is it posh justice! Lots of poorer folk in glasgow saying if the circumstances were different, she would have got jail time . I have to agree! No remorse was shown either.

I used to live near bearsden, 1 person killed and 3 others setiously injured, does having money make you above the law!

In driving offences, I believe the sentence is based on the driving, not the consequences. So, you do sometimes hear of these cases where the sentence appears lenient

Thanks for that I'm just so sad for the family, a whole family injured and a kick in the teeth from the justice system
