To completely strip when I get home?

A family member has a lot of animals. Several cats, a few dogs etc. They can’t afford proper flea treatment so regularly have an infestation in their home and loads on the animals which is sad as it’s not pleasant for them. I have 2 cats at home who are regularly treated with flea preventative from the vet.
when I visit family member I come home and strip. I put my clothes straight in machine and our cats haven’t had fleas in 3 years. I went for a visit last month and since then, the cats have been going berserk and we’ve all been bitten. I caught a couple of fleas in the act of biting me and combed one or two off the cats. We’ve never had this whilst maintaining the treatment and I’m concerned we are not going to be able to easily get rid of the fuckers. Now I don’t want to go see this family member and I know I can’t say why. For the love of god though, don’t get loads of animals if you can’t treat them properly!
Another family member has said they’ll call the rspca as the dogs never get walked either but I can’t get involved in that as I don’t feel right about it.

WWYD?
Will I ever get rid of these critters? How can I stop bringing them home from family house?

Why on earth can't you say something? I have a dog and I would hate this. Just bite the bullet and tell them you're not coming round until they either get rid of the animals and treat then house for fleas, or treat the animals to get rid of them.
