I can see a couple of stars, but is there any point trying to stay awake.
My alarm goes off at 6...

I am London Surrey borders and have just driven for an hour to the least light polluted area I could think of and stared at the sky hopefully but nothing. A clear division of clear and cloud and the clear sky was lovely - lots of stars, but definitely nothing else.

I am a five minute walk from Richmond Park so might walk up there again in a bit.

I’m giving up now (Chilterns) even though we have beautifully clear skies tonight. 6am alarm for me too @TheThreeHeadedBeast!

Oxfordshire here! Saw more last night
But it was hazy and lighter than normal
Same tonight. I'd have to drive out to a high point to see or properly. I have to go to bed soon 🤣

Main thread

Right now activity is quite low, was best about 6ish, but it was ligth then so we didn't see it.

I need an automatic alarm, that will wake me up if there is a sighting.
Or persuade the neighbourhood WhatsApp to call everyone else and someone else can stay awake...
