Hi, I’ve tried looking this up on the internet, but can’t find a satisfactory answer, so here goes-
health benefits of taking turmeric (organic) powder and water balls on an empty stomach, seem to be numerous.
however, I’ve also learned that to make turmeric more bio available, black pepper should be added.
so if I used one teaspoon of turmeric powder plus one teaspoon of water, how much black pepper should I add?
Additionally, May I substitute the water with organic coconut oil?
I appreciate this is a ayervedic (spelling may be wrong!) recipe, but I’m hoping someone can advise me.
I also want to make neem powder balls to take on an empty stomach…. Any advice from those with knowledge?
