Cracks after a year?

These mugs were a gift Christmas 2021. They have a crackle glaze on the outside but they shouldn’t crack on the inside should they? Noticed after using them for herbal teas.

Area you putting them in a dishwasher? I've got it in to my head that crackle glazed items may not be safe in a dishwasher.

Yes I am, but they are sold as being dishwasher safe 🤷‍♀️
