Working in a very male environment although there are other women doing same jobs. It's a demanding physical job where there is favouritism towards any male regardless if he's a good worker or not. So I think gives them some a false confidence that allows them to bitch and gossip like fishwives particularly about female workers even when the woman is near to them. Poison. Whether it's about their job performance or their looks. The women aren't even remotely as bad. I feel like screeming it's toxic. I'm late 40s and sick of needing a thick skin against these arse wipes. It's a rant.
