What’s your routine? I don’t have one

Skincare routine?

In my 40’s and wanting to look better, likely neglected my skin for too long. When I tell people my routine, they say it isn’t a skincare routine and that I need one 🤷🏻‍♀️

I use cleansing wipes or Dove soap and blue tin Nivea at night.
Wash face in the morning and use Nivea day cream anti wrinkles, factor 15 and Garnier bb cream anti wrinkles factor 50

What more should I be doing to have a routine? I thought I had one 🙈

Also, is it too late now to have nice skin?

If you are serious about a routine and sticking to it, check out caroline Hirons book! You can start making small changes and adding thing in as needed, she covers products for all budgets. Her Facebook group is fab also, and her app skin rocks.

Id have a look at youtube they have a glut of make up and skincare tutorials. Literally will cover everything you need to know. Also brad mondo will teach you how to dye your hair at home.

Definitely no wipes, awful for our poor planet

No wipes or that micilier water either. I'd start with a cleansing milk. Look at the tropic range all natural ingredients

1982mommaof4 · 20/02/2023 23:57

I switch from tropic products to alumier.

I cleanse / tone /moisturise - SPF 40 everyday

Cleanse / vic c at night.
I want to try retinol but last time I had a bad break out

I wash my face at night with a facial wash to get rid of make up and put a Lidl night moisturiser on.

I'm the morning I rinse my face with water and apply Lidl day moisturiser.

That is it.

I have quite regular facials (once every two months) and she says my skin is in great condition and to change nothing. 🤷‍♀️
