Melted plastic in brand new oven.

Brand new oven in new fitted kitchen. At the bottom of the oven are two screws absolutely firmly stuck to the enamel by what looks like a pool of melted plastic. I also peeled a lump off the enamel roasting pan, but of course it didn't all come off. I don't know if it arrived like that but I do know my installer had the oven on... Best guess is a plastic bag with screws in was left inside.

AIBU to be, shall we say, just a teeny-weeny bit irritated?

Is there a food-safe way to get it off? What on earth do I do?

Can you warm it slightly with a hairdryer to try to loosen it?

Whoever installed the oven in our house obviously left the instruction manual inside while trying it out 🤣

Strangely, that makes me feel so much better, knowing I am not the only one! Thanks.
