To want to tell Sir Alan Sugar to f**k off?

Just watched the news and Sir Alan Sugar was on there saying he isn't keen on employing Women because new maternity laws give them too much time off?

Surely this is sexist, you cant not give someone a job just because they are a woman who might get pregnant!!

And how many times has he given birth, bf etc!!!

Not only sexist but he is inviting himself to be sued - because if he put that policy into effect he would be breaking anti-discrimation laws.

It's a pity that men can't also have a similar amount of time off when their partners have babies so remove this "concern" of Sir Alan's. I know my dh would love to have the same paternity leave as me, he feels a bit jealous of the amount of time I spend with our lo. But of course they would only bringing in SPP, which could drastically reduce household income. We couldn't manage if DH was only bringing home SMP as well as me!
But that's a totally different subject.

Anyway - YANBU.
