I'd like to suggest an innovative solution to a recurring MN problem.

Quite often people post in the 'Am I Being Unreasonable...?' section with an expected outcome in mind.

Then other people respond with, "Yeah, you are being unreasonable, actually."

And the OP comes back with a series of increasingly stroppy posts saying, "No, I'm bloody not. I'm reasonableness personified. Sod off."

...which makes one wonder why they posted in in AIBU in the first place.

However, everyone needs a space to vent, so I'm starting this sub-section- Marvel at how unarguably reasonable I am - for people to post to when they know they're in the right, so that the rest of us can wander in and agree with them.

I totally agree. Or you comment that you do think they are being unreasonable, and another commenter (not the OP) starts attacking you for giving your opinion ???? They literally asking AIBU!?

So the section could be called IKIAR (I know I Am Reasonable).

When people sigh heavily and humbly admit to me "You were right" I remain externally graceful and gracious of course. On the inside however I'm loudly thinking 'well, yes indeed, but I already knew I was right(?)'
