Just as the subject itself? Mine completely disappeared completely after my second who is now 5 near 6 years old.

I have two children. Oldest 10.. I have always had a healthy sex drive with my children’s dad but since my daughter it has absolutely gone.

Like zero, I force myself to do it (my boyfriend has never ever made me) before my comment is taken out of context. When I do it afterwards I’m glad I did, but I feel like I could honestly go forever now without sex & it makes me so sad.

I’ve just had my hormones checked, they are clear but I am being scanned for PCO.. Which I don’t think I have.

Could this be PND? Even still now 5 years later? Because I did suffer with that but never got it treated. Stupidly dealt with it myself by meditating/exercise.. It’s just sad that it’s gone & makes me feel like I’m an oddbod.

TIA…x

From my perspective I think cause I don't get too excited about the business that when I try to do the business it's general flopsy, as my blood pressure levels are lower (at least that's my theory on it)

Personally when I was younger it was a different kettle of fish, but now I could easily go without it for months / years

I've definitely lost mine, I just can't be bothered anymore, I'm so busy with life by the end of the day there's just nothing left for me to give, I'm just too tired.

Thanks for the replies. I feel like I changed overnight after having my little girl. I’m also 30 so I wouldn’t consider myself old but I’m certainly not young anymore, not sure if that is relevant to my libido.

I’ve gone from enjoying sex so much to literally never ever ever wanting it. No desire AT ALL. I was hoping it was my hormones so at least then I’d have an answer for it :(

Totally feel the same, two children 5 and 3, sleep or alone time to relax is much more appealing these days. I can recommend this podcast, it all makes a whole lot of sense

I have no libido at all. Not had for a good few years. Am 53 and peri-menopausal though.

Cadburysucks · 17/02/2023 22:41

I was never really into it. After children lost interest, but it came back at 47 to 50, then disappeared again and hasn't come back.

Hormones fluctuate so blood tests don't always show up issues. I was awful until I started on testosterone. It's not brilliant now but better than it was.
