Botox while breastfeeding?

Was chatting to a mum this morning while dropping the DC at school and I commented how great she looks. She said ‘thanks! Had my wrinkles sorted a few weeks ago’.
Now, I know it’s none of my business, but I know she’s still BF her one year old. I always thought you couldn’t have Botox if you were BF? I’m still feeding and would love to get mine redone.
Has anyone here ever had Botox while still BF?

No you can’t get it while bf she must of lied. I wanted mine re done and they said no as bf.

Lots of people do. I wouldn’t and no decent practitioner would do it if you admitted you were bf.

You’re not meant to, same as micro blading / getting a tattoo etc

The reasons will be because of potentially getting in to your breastmilk and the potential infection risk from the needles

I say potential as I assume no one’s tested it as it would be unethical to do so, but I personally would leave it until finished BF
