For some help!
I have years of experience working in the community and in care home settings, but I have taken on some jobs as a support worker in assisted living.
On Friday I will be working 8am-5pm in a house with 3 females and 2 males, they have learning difficulties and autism. What does a standard day look like in this role? It says each adult is 1-1. I'm used to the craziness of care homes... personal care, preparing meals, sorting meds, etc for a bustling place of 37!
I just want a bit of a better understanding before I get there? Thanks so much
