Benefits of face steaming?!

I randomly brought a face steamer the other day - had a cold and quickly wanted something to try and clear my nose! I didn’t realise some people do face steaming regularly anyway, a bit like a at home spa treatment I guess. Does anyone here do this? Have you seen any benefits to your skin/ how you feel?

I love a steam when I’m having a facial. My therapist has one at home and she uses it once a week. Her skin is gorgeous.

obv it opens your pores so you can cleanse better, but I think it helps products sink in too.
