My colleague is leaving the company today and I ordered flowers from Interflora as part of her gift. Put a message on the card of ‘sorry you are leaving and best of luck in your new role. Your friends at X’. Bloody florist sent Valentines flowers in red and white complete with a tacky plastic heart stuck in them for good measure (which I quickly removed when I picked them up from reception). WIBU to make a complaint to Interflora - even though they did indeed deliver a bouquet of flowers?
The flowers cost £50 plus delivery.

If they didn't send the bouquet you ordered then yes complain. If you ordered a random bunch and they sent a random bunch with the correct message then that's not really their fault.

I ordered the occasion as ‘Good Luck’ and then a hand tied bouquet made by a local florist. Because it’s 14 Feb would they just automatically assume it’s for Valentines Day?

I ordered a bouquet for a relative having a hard time and the bunch of twigs they delivered looked nothing like the photo online. I contacted them via FB and they refunded in full.
