Another whinge from me coming re. purchasing things online, sorry!
We bought our DC a Toniebox last year. It’s broken as it doesn’t work when you take it off the stand. I contacted Tonies just before Christmas about it and they still haven’t got back to me. In mid Jan I started getting copied into correspondence between them and another unhappy customer with exactly the same name as me. I’ve replied to tell them but no acknowledgement.
I ended up tweeting Tonies to ask for help and they got back to me straight away asking me to email. They were initially apologetic and replied straight away again (2nd Feb) but haven’t heard anything from them since.
AIBU to expect more? Has anyone else had this problem? I feel like asking for a full refund (if they ever reply to me) and getting a Yoto instead but we have lots of Tonies now from Christmas.
I’m so frustrated that doing one thing seems to lead to 10 more actions and never getting anything sorted!😫
