Apparently there was a McDonald’s McCrispy poster on a bus shelter, right beside a road sign giving directions to a nearby crematorium.

MIL thinks it’s not funny and is in bad taste, I disagree and think it’s actually quite funny.

Who else?

At least it wasn’t a Burger King advert - ‘flame grilled’ might have upset even more people.

Some people must struggle to hold down a job and still spend so much time looking for a reason to be offended. There is, flat-out, nothing at all offensive there. It’s about as offensive as KFC advertising a “boneless box” near a vet.

It made me chuckle. But then I used to work in the funeral industry, you do find humour in strange things.

A normal burger fine..but Mc Crispy! It makes me laugh too but too much.

Sorry to hear about your dad. But yes I do have a ‘strange’ sense of humour and I’d have giggled too if it had been someone in my family. Think it would cheer me up a bit on what would be such a sad day!

I don't think I would have even made a connection between the ad and the road sign. It's mildly funny I guess, certainly nothing to get worked up over.

I was expecting this to be about tasteless burgers.
