To run away?

Here's the situation:

Absolutely hate my job but am tied into a 2 year contract. Husband works there too and we are fighting so bad (we were before but now it's even worse) plus all the staff have made it clear they don't like me.

Tried really hard to patch things up with husband and it just is getting worse. Told him I think we should separate.

Am I unreasonable to give the job notice that I will not continue my second year contract, leave husband and move to different place without telling him? If we are separated anyway it's none of his business, don't want to tell him where I am going because he will try and talk me back.

If you have no kids, leave the job and husband and find a newer happier life.

You only have one life! Give notice and move out.

Have you thought about the practicalities though and made proper plans?
You will need somewhere to live (difficult to rent if you don't have a job) and a new job. You also need to start divorce procedures.

I would first start by making a plan and applying for jobs in or near the place you want to move to and then take it from there.
