How long do stomach bugs usually last in children? My 4yo has had an on off stomach bug for 3 weeks. 3 days of each week he has spent with vomiting and diarrhea. Not sure whether to attempt getting a GP appt or not! Also don't want to waste their time if it's just his bowels settling down. Posting for traffic as am worried about him.
