How do you know if you’re the problem or if you’re being gaslit?

we’ve already divorced but co-parenting and joint friends I’m being made to feel I’m unreasonable and the problem. I honestly feel I’m a doormat and put up with anything so our daughter doesn’t think dad is a knob. But I’m being told I’m the problem. He’s cheated for years etc. we’ve finally divorced any our new life is very different from before.

ive always thought cameras in the house for someone to view would help (like those channel 4 programs). I genuinely don’t think im
the problem but what if I am?

and if I’m not how do I stop feeling like this?

feeling like the worst person on in the world.

If you think youre the problem, it's usually a sign that you're not.

Those avoiding accountability and responsibility will project and blame shift, so that you're the bad guy and nor them.

Sorry this has happened to you.
