Supported colleague through a rough time in work when all colleagues were being disrespectful towards her and making her feel really down.
Handed in her notice as had a better opportunity elsewhere. Since then she has personally thanked all of the nasty co workers and said she will miss them all and that she sends lots of love etc. She speaks so highly of them in these messages, despite complaining about them all to myself and management. So we all know it's fake. Also, can't help but feel that she may have badmouthed me too because I get treated and spoken to in the same way that they all do.
Is this normal in workplaces and would you not seek any further contact with this individual despite thinking you were close?
