How to make her sleep longer

Dd is 10 months old and a good sleeper. However just lately she's been waking earlier than usual (6:30 which still isn't bad!) but then she's so so tired by about 9am that she's going for a 2 hour nap! Prior to this shed wake at about 7:30 and have a nap slightly later for about 1 hour and be much happier in general. Is there any way we can encourage her to go back to her old sleeping habits?

I'd wake her after 45mins at the morning nap. Sleep cycles are usually 45mins so she should be in a light nough state to not be too cross about being woken.

Then have her up and out on a walk or something to properly wake her up.

After lunch, let her nap as long as she likes. Have an early lunch if needs be.

And always make sure (1) she's going to bed full (porridge at bedtime or similar) and (2) her room is dark and the right temp.
