When to see doctors post natal irregular periods?

My daughter is now 13 months old. Bottle fed pretty quickly and got my first period 4 weeks after she arrived. Since then they have been all over the place anywhere from 3-7 weeks. Though they all last about 6 days and follow the same pattern when here

I am also diabetic diagnosed during my pregnancy and was very out of control til a couple of months ago when I went on a healthy diet to reduce my weight and my sugar levels.

I know I don't have pcos or anythjng and prior to my daughter arriving they were regular for the few months I had then after coming off the coil.

At what point should I worry. I am concerned if I see the gp they'll tell me it's cos of the diabetes or cos I'm fat etc

We want to start ttc again this summer and am worried its gonna be even harder.
.
Is this normal?

Thanks

Ps sorry for the aibu just not sure where else to put it for traffic

Slightly different but I’m 2.5 year pp from my second and they are still not regular but I am stil bf. It was the same with my first but I did conceive again easily.

Mine never went back to being regular after dd was born 15 years ago. Anything between 25 and 40 days. I did mention it to the gp years ago, apparently it’s just one of those things that happens sometimes.
