Has anyone tried any of the rheal products? They seem to have quite good reviews from what I’ve read so far.

Yes I use their Cleans Greens and Berry Beauty every morning. I definitely feel less bloated, and people have been commenting on good my skin looks.

I add a bit of lemon juice to it and knock it back, as it's not the nicest tasting.

Do you know if it’s ok to take alongside vitamin d tablet or will that be vitamin overload?! Have you noticed it’s given you more energy at all? Helped your immune system?

Is that the stuff from Dragon's Den? I was looking at that yesterday and wondering.

Mummieslncorporated · 30/01/2023 13:50

This doesn't feel like an advertising pitch at all.

BlueBlueBlueWinter · 30/01/2023 13:50

@C1239 I take a vitamin D supplement during the winter as well and have had no adverse reaction.

I definitely have noticed that the 2 o'clock slump I usually have is much better. Regarding my immune system, I don't really get sick very often, but I have noticed that whilst everyone else has been coming down with something recently I appear to have avoided catching anything. I also seem to be sleeping much better, although whether the two are connected I couldn't tell you.

The real difference is my skin - I definitely don't have acne flare ups anymore, which I do think is related.

I would give it a go for a month and see if you notice anything - you can cancel the subscription any time.

BlueBlueBlueWinter · 30/01/2023 13:52

@Mummieslncorporated well it definitely isn't from my side.

C1239 · 30/01/2023 14:03

Definitely not a pitch, just wanted to see if it was worth trying!

Yes it was on dragons den, although I didn’t see it at at the time.

Some reviews do mention it’s made them sick / given them a dodgy stomach which doesn’t sound great?!

Green powders are snake oil aren’t they? You’d be better off spending your money on actual veg.

CoorieInByTheFire · 30/01/2023 20:52

I tried the green one, it tastes disgusting and gave me stomach ache.

I had this experience with the balance tonic, it was not the best
