Last week or so I just don’t feel like eating - feel full all the time even when I’ve not had much
Today I didn’t have any breakfast and then about 3pm thought I should eat something so bought a wrap in M n S then took one bite and thought I’m not bothered! If I hadn’t spent money on it would have chucked it but forced it down due to my mindset re wasting things!
A few days at work last week I pushed food around plate then binned it - evening meals I’m feeling fuller so just eating less
Should I be concerned or just embrace it? I need to lose weight anyway!
I don’t think it’s mood or stress related as when I’m that way inclined I’m more likely to comfort eat
