Help with Zoom please!

Hi all
Apologies for this not being an AIBU but could really do with some help please :) Google searches are fruitless and it’s driving me mad!
Every time I try and use Zoom the video picture will jump around and turn green. If I switch the camera off and on again it will be okay for a while and then do the same thing.
the laptop is new so the software is up to date.
I have uninstalled and the reinstalled Zoom and it’s not made a difference.
if anyone has an ideas that I could try I would be super grateful 😁

Does it do similar if you use Teams video or Skype for example? I'd just try and eliminate it being laptop issue first.

Thank you for replying, teams and Skype are fine so I think it must be a setting in Zoom that’s wrong but can’t work out which!

Have you got any filters on? I would make sure they are all off in the settings in Zoom.
