I work in the car trade and recently I've had three buyers make comments that were racist and derogatory with regards to who may have owned a car previously and also who is likely to buy the car
One guy wanted to buy a car and asked me who's name was on the V5 as he didn't want to buy it if it was a certain sounding name
Another guy said that he wouldn't be buying anymore cars of a certain brand because of who it attracts
The third guy said that a scummy family from Hackney would probably buy it
How would you handle these comments? As they're customers I don't know if I should call them out on it and just not say anything at all
