I have no idea what this is. DS aged 3 handed it to me this afternoon and can't explain where it came from. It's a surprisingly heavy and cool feeling plastic.

It’s foot softener socks. Split the middle open up- pop on your feet and peel the tab to seal around your ankle. Take em off 20 mins later
