We finally opened one of those child trust fund bank accounts and apparently the building soc we opened the account with us gives us a free 'paint your own piggy bank'. Whatever. I have come home from work for the last 2 days to a DHL delivery note for DD and finally I manage to be in when they deliver for the 3rd time and what is it??? You guessed it. I mean, what an utter waste of energy - the DHL van came to our house THREE times, the piggy bank was packed in a ridiculous amount of packaging. And DD is 14 months old.

Well no, yanbu - unless the offer of a piggy bank was the deal-clincher for you!

I hope it is better then the one I bought last week, whose slot has turned out to be too small for 50p, £1 and £2 coins. Thanks, Yellowmoon.

Nope it wasn't the deal-clincher. What distresses me is that there must be a warehouse full of them all waiting to be DHLed out to unsuspecting customers. Gaaah.
