I feel like poo due to af, have done washing up, ds is asleep. Would it be wrong to have a sleep on the sofa?

Go for it, just set some form of alarm if you need to wake by a certain time.

I'd love to go to bed but ds has fallen asleep in his highchair and I know he'll wake up if I move him.

I cant believe it. I was asleep for 5 minutes!!! and some idiot rang trying to sell me car insurance and I cant even drive. It also woke up ds so no sleep for me
